I just can’t thank Dave Tilton and Dariece Warren owners of Vallejo Yoga and Vallejo Bookstore enough for taking 30 minutes out of their evening to join me on the show. Their calm and loving energy could be felt by everyone who watched. Dariece’s expertise and guidance on enjoying a heathy yoga practice was just wonderful. And even though I had just been listening to Dave’s music the night before on New Hat Records, there is just nothing like seeing him perform live!
I really appreciated hearing about their journey from vegetarianism to veganism over the last 20 years. I became vegetarian and then vegan 7 years ago and I love hearing from others who made this change long before it was accepted and before we had access to so many delicious vegan choices. It just empowers me more through my journey and I hope it helps you with yours!
